a Benedictine monastery in London: making the world a better place
We have new lectio divina sessions starting in late April 2022.
•
Fr Abbot and the members of the monastic community wish you every grace and blessing at Easter.
•
We pray for peace in Ukraine and all areas of the world suffering as a result of war.
•
Fr Abbot and the members of the monastic community wish you all health and happiness at Christmastime and throughout 2021.
•
We are working to live our monastic identity in the city. How shall we live and what is our mission of presence to the people around us?
•
We enjoy the various weather and skies of Winter, the sun, wind, clouds and rain. We take time to breathe deeply and take rest, enjoying one another's company. "How good and pleasant it is when brothers and sisters dwell in unity. It is like precious oil upon the head ..."

We pray each day at Lauds and Vespers for vocations to our life at Ealing Abbey. Please join with us in this prayer wherever you are.
•
In normal times visitors and families are welcome to stay in the 'Ealing Abbey House for Guests' and to pray with the monks and parishioners in the Abbey Church. At the moment the House for Guests is closed.
•
Ealing Abbey is a popular Church in which to pay a devotional visit. If the Abbey church is closed, we invite you to pray the Our Father and Hail Mary (or another prayer to the Blessed Virgin Mary) at home for the intentions of the Holy Father.
