We pray for the preparations for the Holy Father's Conference of Catholic leaders in Rome from 21 to 24 February on this subject.

At lauds and vespers each day we add an intercession for survivors and victims of child abuse. We are committed to work with with many others with openness in this delicate and disturbing field.

We enjoy the cold Winter days and the sun, fog and wind. We notice the first flowers, crocus, snowdrop, Iris stylosa Wych hasel and Cyclamen. We take time to breathe deeply and take rest, enjoying one another's company. "How good and pleasant it is when brothers and sisters dwell in unity. It is like precious oil upon the head ..."

Visitors and families are welcome to stay in the 'Ealing Abbey House for Guests' and to pray with the monks and parishioners in the Abbey Church

Ealing Abbey is a popular Church in which to pay a devotional visit. You may wish to pray for the intentions of the Holy Father by saying the Our Father and Hail Mary (or another prayer to the Blessed Virgin Mary).
